They are fragranced to the maximum allowed which delivers a beautiful long lasting aroma in your chosen fragrance.
To Use simply Unscrew th lid and uncap the glass bottle, screw back on the silver lid and gently tilt to let the cork top absorb a little oil. Be careful not to tip upright though as this may cause spillage. Once uncapped, you must keep diffuser upright.
